WHAT HAPPENS IN THE FIRST SESSION?

The first session gives our team the opportunity to get to know you and develop an idea of how to move forward. We’ll be interested in learning more about what has brought you to the office, what issues you’ve been facing, and how you’ve been coping so far. You’ll have the opportunity to ask any questions about your therapist, our trainings and how we’ll work together. If it is your adolescent who is in need of services, we’ll discuss their history and current difficulties.

 

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

Typically, Session are once or twice a week for 50 minutes.

Depending on if you are using your insurance, most insurances allot 45 minutes per session.

 

What are your rates?

If you are interested in cash pay instead rates for initial assessment $150-$200 and sessions $125-$175 per session. 

EMDR  initial assessment $175 sessions $130 per session

 

Payment is made at each session. You may pay by cash, personal check, or credit card.

However, we are currently an out-of-network provider with many other insurances. Most insurance companies cover a significant portion of the cost for “out of network” behavioral health services. Upon request, we can provide you with a monthly invoice that you can submit to your insurance company directly for reimbursement.
